SCHOONER MADELINE

This is a 12 x 16 original acrylic painting of the great ship Madeline. She is a replica of an 1840 commercial vessel built in Traverse City by volunteers and retirees 35 years ago. She was built to the original specifications.  She served well over the years by providing tours on Traverse Bay, educational jaunts and free trips in the fall to give everyone an opportunity to stay in touch with their history.
